of receiving sanitary sewer pursuan� to Sanitaxy Pro�ect 85-2. The
pzoperty was ass3.gned t�n sewer un�its at $9,235 per uni,� £or a tvta7.
assessment of $�2,350 payable over ].5 years a� 9 .20� inte�est.

Notice of Appeal �a�ed July 30, 1985 .
