Dear Dir. Schneider:
A review of our files indicate that the building at 2180 North Shore
Drive is not connected to . the sanitary sewer. Orono ordinances
require connections to the sanitary se�aer sixteen months after the
sanitary sewer is available. If you have information to the contrary,
please let me know.

On June 4 , 1992 I notified you by letter (copy enclosed) that our files
indicate that the building at 2180 North Shore Drive in Orono is not
connected to the sanitary sewer.
I have received no response from you. If I do not hear from you within ten
� days of receipt of this letter, legal action may be required.
Please contact: me as soon as possible at 473-7357.
