Per our conversation, I am detailing tt►e three remaining pieces that you are requesting in order for us to
receive our Cextificate of Occupancy. Prior ta receiving this CO it is our understanding that we will have a
"Temporary"CO that will allow us to operate our school.
The time frame for these three areas are as foliows:
l. Back basement stairs.These wili be completed and made pennanent by September l, 1998
2. ADA ramp. It is our understanding that through your conversations with Gabriel Jahbour,it was
decided that our current ramp meets code and would sufftce for o�r current situatio�. We realize our
current ramp would need some minor modifications if we were t�continue to use it as our permanent
ramp. We will be evaluating all our options and we will have a permanent ramp completed by
September 1, 199�.
3. Phase 7 hree Power hook up ta our sprinkler system. We have tall�ed to five different sources trying to
determine the most ecanomical way to cvnnect up with Phase Three gower. I am waiting to get a
coupte answers back from NSP and then we will be able to move ahead and make a decision. One thing
that is holding tlungs up is,NSP is wuitirtg for a per�nit from Hennepin County.We will have a h�okup
and this phase of our project completed by March 31, 1998.
