Re;NOTICE OF FIRE CODE VIOLATIONS
On September l, 2000 a fire inspection was done on the above mentioned property pertaining
to the 1997 Minnesota Uniform Fire Code. Enclosed is formal notification of fire code violations
found at that inspection and copies of the fire code articles related to these code violations.
A; Maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. (MiJFC Article 10, Section 1001.5.2) Fire sprinkler
sys"tems shall be inspected and tested at least annually by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor. As
discussed at that time I would suggest contacting the installer of the sprinkler system for this
inspection. A copy of the inspection report shall be sent to the City of Orono, Fire Marshal.
B; Combustible storage. Though-out building (MLTFC Article 11, Section 1103.3) Storage shall
be neat and orderly including basement area. If not needed it should be discarded.
