Re: Response to Plan Review
Hill School,2180 North Shore Drive,Wayzata,MN
The following comments are in response to the Plan Review for the Hill School Addition.
1. Address the Code Amendment and Plan Review Policy as applicable to the 2180 North Shore Drive.
As per discussions with Lyle Oman and the State Elevator Code Official we plan to use draft curtains of 1/2"
Plexiglas down a minimum of 12 inches below the ceiling at the elevator lobbies. A smoke detector is to be
installed on the ceiling above the elevator entry and connected to the elevator recall.
See attached Drawings showing the drajt curtains and smoke detectors for each level.
