We add these elemet�ts to save home owners money down the road. "�'he aontgevi�ty of your septic system and its ease of m.airnenance is our utrnost concem. Over the years SSI has come back to conduct main,tez�an.ce work on systems that we desxgn.ed but did not insrall. Too tnany times we ha.v� found thai the system was z�ot iu�stalled according to owr design. The simple elements that were specked in the hame owner's best interest were not included by the installer. Many installezs wi.11 leave out thEse items to hy to under bid the installers w�o intend to follow the design. Thi.s i.s not only un�thical but it is co�apletely against code fo�a.z�yone to make changes to a septac design without the designer's writte�,consent. SSI will not al]ow any deviations from our designs even by other licensed designers witk�out first ex,plaining the r.epez�cussions to the owner: This pxoblem falls back on u�ethical septic installers and the local inspector for not conducting thorough enougk� inspectioz�s to make sure the design was followed comple�tely. SSI now ha.5 trained its own installers as we no�ozzger instaJl ourselves. These instal�e�s have been trained by SS�to �ollow SSI's installatian procedwres. After com�let3on of your system. SSI will insp�ct your syste�a to make sure our installers�'ollowed our design. If you decide to u,se an.unapproved installer it wil�be up to you to make sure tk�ey follow thc design.
