Terry Dalstrom proposes to construct a new home at 1� North Farm Road. The property �
contains a pond that receives water from the surrounding area. The only outlet for the pond is
1n existing culvert under Long Lake Road. In an effort to prevent the home',s basement from �
getting flooded, the contractor's engineer proposes an overflow culvert to be installed (see
attached land form engineer letter). The City will accept this design based on the attached letter
from City Engineer Shawn Gustafson and the following conditions:
1) A silt collection area is to be created on the uphill side of culverts. •
2) Positive drainage will be established downhill from culvert (some excavation is
required on private property and the property owner has agreed to it).
By accepting this design the City in no way guarantees that flooding will never occur. I the
undersigned understand and accept these conditions. •�
