A permit must be issued to a licensed septic contractor prior to installation.
NOTICE TO INSTALLERS: Any changes to the approved plans must have prior approval of the
inspector (249-4600) Call for inspection 24 hours in advance.
ALL DRAINFIELD AREAS MUST BE FENCED OFF prior to building site excavation and
fencing must remain in place until final site gradina: Approval to pour footings will not be granted
until the Inspections Department has verified the primary and alternate sites are protected.
NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF ANY KIND is allowed within 20' of tested drainfield sites ever.

Dear Chris;
I was first involved with the septic system at Mark Larson's, 366 No. Arm
Lane during the summer of 1998 (homeowner had r.eceived notice of failing
system from city). Two meetings with homeowner took place at that time
and soil borings and site locations were prepared by Steve Weckman,Mark
and myself. It was determined I could design a shallow SB2 system and
bring in topsoil for additional cover. Last week, I did new peres and soil
borings in the same area (now marked with 3' lathes). We would like to
install infiltrator panels instead of SB2. The homeowner has received notice
that the system must be replaced by the end of this summer. Peres and
borings were completed in 1998 but homeowner chose to wait until final
decisions were made�by the City on the system replacement until he took
any actian.
