The boundary&type were reviewed in the field on September 4,2012 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff,with a representative from KES present. Two wetlands were identified on the property(Wetland 1 &Wetland 2). Both Wetland 1 and Wetland 2 were identified as Type 2/6 fresh(wet)meadow and scrub-shrub wetland complexes. The wetlands are adjacent to DNR Protected Water 133P(Lake Minnetonka). The boundaty&type determination described above and in the delineation report dated September 26, 2012 is approved by the MCWD. This decision is valid for five years. A project on this property may require a permit from the MCWD.
