When I arrived on the scene, Maple Plain Fire Dept. and <br /> Orono Police Dept. (Officer #512) were on the scene, and the fire <br /> was extinguished. <br /> At that time, Maple Plain Fire Chief Gene Couser and myself <br /> started to investigate for cause. <br /> As we put things together, we determined that it started outside <br /> of the cabinet in trash and extended into cabinet. Damage f rom <br /> fire was confined to cabinet, sheet rock above, and small portion <br /> of wa 11 area. Smoke damage a 1 so present.
