During routine inspections by the Minnehaha C�eek Watershed District(MCWD)staff
at the above mentioned Iocation,the following vlolatlons of permit�03-178 were
observed and recorded on August 21,2003:
• Silt fence falfing in some areas around site
The MCW D requires that the permit holder take the following action:
• Maintain and install sllt fencing to MCWD spec'rfica�ions until disturbed soils are
vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of eaoh site�on all downhlll slopes and
� around stocl�lle:. Silt fence muat be trenched in 6 inohes and installed
acoording to instruotions,Silt fence should be maintained at less than 1I�full.
To avoid fvRnal enforcement aotion from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
which may include faes for additianal inspeQtions and(egal costs,and the delivery of
a Stop Wo�lc Order,please implement the above mentloned corrections by Noon,
