Based on my review it appears that the retaining walls have been constructed with the appropriate setbacks. However,the retaining wall that has been constructed on the north side of the house has a top of wall elevation of 970.6 and a bottom of wall elevation of 966.1 in the northwest corner of the wall. Because the wall has a height of over 4', it requires certification from a Licensed Professional Engineer. All other aspects of the plan appear to be acceptable. Let me know if you have questions.
