We hereby propose to furnish the materiais and perform the labor necessary for the completlon of: Deck Construction
( Deck size approx. 12ft. x 32ft. , constructed of green treated iu�nber. Th_nouse �ec:ger wiEi br; a 2" x o" u^d vu�ll be lay belted �
every 16' on center in an up and down pattern, with 3/8' x 3 1/2' lag bolts and will also be flashed. All beams,joists and rims
will be 2' x 8's. The joists will be 16' on center. The posts w,ll be green treated 6' x 6's, eight foot spans and will be set in
6' x 6' post bracke!s. Brackets will set on 8' concrete footings that wili be a minimum of 42' deep, and belled out to 12' at
bottom. All hardware and nails will be galvanized, All joists and beams will have hangers on both ends. The decking will be
5/4' x 6' green treated. There will be railing around entire deck. The steps will have a railing matching the deck and an
acceptable handrail. The height of the handrail will be between 34'-36" off the nose of the steps. The deck railing will be 36"
in height from decking.
