Re: Deck Construction
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Huntsman:
It has come to the attention of this department that you have recently constructed a deck on your
property at 1280 North Arm Drive. This letter is to inform you that building permits are
required for deck construction in the City of Orono.
Therefore the City must require you to submit the enclosed permit application, two sets of
building plans and a survey showing the deck location. Submittals must be received by the City
by February 13, 1995. If this deadline is not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you
