As you are aware, permits are required for <br /> creating a driveway. The City requires a Land Alteration Permit. The Hennepin County Public <br /> Works requires a permit to create an access to their road, and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District requires an Erosion Control Permit and possibly a Wetland Delineation. <br /> This letter is to require you to submit a Land Alteration Permit application with a survey or site <br /> plan showing the location of the driveway, the approximate amount of fill used and a cross <br /> section of the driveway. Permits from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and Hennepin <br /> County will be required prior to issuance of the Land Alteration Permit. A deadline of October <br /> 14, 2002 has been established for submittals. If this deadline is not met The City will initiate <br /> legal action and a court appearance will be required.
