Dear City of Orono,
Our neighbors, Janene and John Heidorn of 996 North Arm Drive, have volunteered to
pay for the removal of some trees and brush on our property.
We, Bruce and Rhonda Bicknell, residents of 980 North Arm Drive, agree to:
a. Allow them to cut down and remove two trees — labeled (1) and (2} on the
attached diagram.
b. Allow them to remove brush and small trees, with the exception of pagoda
dogwoods, from a portion of our property, in the vicinity of those trees. (The
pagoda dogwoods have been identified to Janene.)
c. Allow them to trim off the lower branches of finro trees— labeled (3) and (4) on the
attached diagram.
In addition, after the trimming of trees (3) and (4), and only if it is deemed appropriate by
all parties, trees (3) and (4) may be removed.
Please retain this document in both property files. Thank you.
