WHEREAS Dou Reeder has served as Interim Cit Administrator for the Cit of

Orono since February 23, 2017; and
, WHEREAS, Doug Reeder has demonstrated high standards for professionalism in
decision-making, work performance, and leadership throughout his extended service to the City
of Orono; and
WHEREAS, Doug Reeder has worked successfully with the Orono City
��I; Councilmembers with sound dedication and commitment to public service; and
� WHEREAS, Doug Reeder has been instrumental in the development of the Carman Bay
Lake Improvement District; and

WHEREAS, Doug Reeder's sense of humor, energy, and wisdom has enriched those
who know and work with him; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Cit Council of the Cit of

Orono does hereby express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Doug Reeder for his I�
