I recently noticed that my neighbor, Zeve Lieberman has diverted his roof runoff onto my property. It appears he has
actually dug a trench onto my property and is sending his roof run off onto my land.
Can you please help me to resolve this situation? I'm not sure who to contact and I cannot reach anyone by phone.
I would like someone to check this situation for me. I can't believe he would just trespass on my property, dig a trench
and bury a pipe to divert his rain gutter run off into my yard, but that appears to be exactly what he did. I do not have a
good relationship with this neighbor.
I look forward to your help in resolving this problem.
