Hi Christine,
Though transactions are not officially complete, Mr.Toles has sold the Ferndale lot and purchased a new one on Fox
Street.Though we will be applying for a permit for a similar house,there will be new documentation for it for the Fox St.
address.
I believe you can rid yourselves of the current plans, I apologize for any inconvenience.
Can the monies that you currently have be applied to the Fox Street project when we apply for permit?

I have reviewed the grading plans and SWPPP as they apply to the land alteration permit and stamped it approved with
the following comments.
1. Issuance of the permit should be subject to approval of the MCWDs review of the impacts to the Flood Plain.
2. Any alteration wo the Public Utilities on the site requires a separate utility permit.
3. The source of the fill should be identified.
4. Contractor to provide haul route. Route will not use Orono City Streets except for the Ferndale Road West from
CSAH 15 to the site.
5. Erosion and sediment control to be in place and inspected prior to commencement of and land disturbing
activity.
6. Grading plan depict retaining walls over 4 ft in height. A engineered design is required prior to their
construction. This can be included in the subsequent building permit. If walls are to be installed under the land
alteration permit the engineered plans must be reviewed prior to issuance of the permit.
