Re: Hazardous building open to trespass
Dear Mr. Pascuzzi,
This is an order to secure the home at 3320 Navarre Lane.The building appears to have been abandon
and is left open to trespass.
This letter is to require you to secure the building as soon as possible but no later than March 24th 2013.
If you fail to do so the city will cause the building to be secured and the cost will be assessed against the
property per MN State Statute#463.251.

I received a call of an open front door at a vacant house located at 3320 Navarre Lane. I arrived and the front
door that faced east was open. Officer Vargas and Officer White helped me search the house. The house was
unoccupied. The house had no heat and the light was on in the bathroom upstairs. There was trash and
belongings on the floor throughout the house. There was a large hole in the ceiling of the bedroom upstairs.
There was rotten food in the refrigerator and freezer. It appears to be a foreclosure. I tallced to the next door
neighbor and he said Orono Public Works was at the house on 03/19/2013. I secured the front door but with a
strong push the door will open. This case will be forwarded to the city to assist with securing and or boarding
up the abandoned house. Clear.
