Re: Silt Fence
Dear Mr. Swanson:
The City has been attempting to have you install a silt fence on your property for sometime now.
The silt fence is required to prevent dirt from washing offyour property and must be kept in place
until your sod or seeding is well established.
A final deadline of July 6, 1999 has been established for installation. If this deadline is not met, the
City will issue citations and a court appearance will be required. You may also be liable for
damages to neighboring properties.
