Dear Mr. Swanson:
The previous owner of your property developed 2 lots on the north end of Hillside Place. A
condition of the development was that the road(Hillside Place)was to be used by only those 2 lots.
The City required driveways from 2260 Bayview Place and your property to be remo�ed from
Hillside Place and required a permanent fence to be erected(see enclosed agreement filed on your
chain of title). '
It has come to the attention of this department that the fence has been removed. This letter is to
require you to replace the fence before July 13, 1998. If this deadline is not met the City will initiate
legal action. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at my office.
