Re; Storage shed and fill
Dear Mr. Swanson,
As we discussed a building permit is required to build sheds in the City Of
ORONO. The city also requires that sheds meet a 10' set back from property lines. The
city is also aware of the fill that got pushed off the road across the street from your
property during your boulder wall project.
Therefore the city must require you to move the shed, obtain a building permit
and remove the fill from your neighbor's property. A deadline of October 15, 2007 has
been established to bring your property into compliance. If this deadline is not met the
city will initiate legal action. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at
