Dear Grace,
As you are aware Hillside Piace i� a public road owned by the City of
Orono. I have tallced wrth the city represeatativ�about this road, I r�uire access
all t�way to the end of#he road. As you know I imve brush and compost piled at
the e�i of the road which�s to be hauled away. Also I need a�cess for the
nigh# lighting and irri€gat�on pump mairttenaace.
The city has given me pernaission to remoae the boulders which are blockin,g
tL�m�d. I can leave tl�bouk�rs for you or I cas haut tt�em away, xf yau need
help moving yaur hostas pte�se let me know if I can heip.
My plan is to rem�ve the boulc�ers, gt�ade the �w area and install gravel on
the n,ew p�r#vf the roed I will begin work on or about duly 2'�2007. If you have
any questions, you can call Ly1e Qman at the CAy of Orono.
Also I have made e�ctensive re�irs�o my yard damage allegedly caused by
the sal�pile that washed into my yard. Ple,ase�#ify t�ose respvnsible for the
excess salting upon any fuhue use.
