Answers to your questions about 3220 Navarre Lane.
-you will need to hire a plumber to buy and install a water meter for the property.Once installed the city can turn the
water on. If the curb stop needs to be dug up it will be the city's cost unless it was damage by someone.
-the fire hydrant next to the building is just decorative.
-the city is working on solar energy installation rules. So the requirements are not available at this time. You will be
allowed to install a system but the particulars are yet to be determined.
-as we discussed you will be required to have a bathroom with a sink,toilet and a tub or shower. Bath rooms are
required to have an openable window or an exhaust fan piped directly to the exterior.
-you will be required to have a kitchen area with a sink.
-you will be required to have a min of%:inch sheet rock and a 30 min. door between the living space and the garage
space.
-sleeping areas are required to have an egress window or a door to the exterior.
-the building will be required to have smoke and carbon dioxide detectors.
-a heating system will be required to maintain 68 degrees 3 feet above the floor and 2 feet from exterior walls
