Judy,the seller and buyer have a choice to make on this property. The existing septic system on this property is a 1989
mound system that should still be up to code. If you choose to continue to use the mound system then it would need to
be certified and the buyer would not need to hook into the municipal sewer until the existing system failed or they
choose to hook-up. If the choice is to hook into municipal and the closing occurs before hookup, I will need something
in writing signed by all parties that they agree on what is going to happen and it must be done within a years time. If

Willie,
I have a sale that I am putting together for 60 Myrtlewood. I understand from Scott that City Water and
sewer are in the street now. Does the buyer need to have the septic certified since everyone will be
required to hook up to the new system next year?
I need an answer as soon as possible, we just found all this out. Thanks
