boundarv at 60 Mvrtlewood Road in Orono(PID#36-118-23-33-0020�was delineated by Arrowhead i
Environmental Consultin og n Au�ust 23,2010.The boundarv was reviewed in the field on October 15 I
2010 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD staff.
Two wetland basins were identified on the property(Wetland 1 and Wetland 2). Both Wetlands 1 and
Wetland 2 were identified as TXpe 3 PEMF(shallow marsh)wetlands. The dominant vegetation within
Wetlands 1 and 2 was reed canarv�;rass,cattail,and sed�es. The boundary with upland was characterized
by a transition to non-hvdrophvtic species and a sli t topo�raphic break.
The boundarv as fla�ged in the field and labeled in the delineation report submitted on AuQust 25 2010 is
accepted by the MCWD. This decision is valid for 3 years A project on this property mav require a permit

banking credits is conditional upon withdrawal of the appropriate credits from the sta.te wetland
bank. No wetland impacts may commence until the applicant receives a copy of the fully signed i
and executed"Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits," signed by the BWSR wetland '
bank administrator certifying that the wetland bank credits have been debited. I
