The survey approved with the application is dated 4/11/12. An as-built survey will be dated after the final inspections, after the construction was complete. An as-built survey will also show "wetland edge as delineated by....", versus "Edge of Wetland" as shown on the survey dated 4/11/12. I will wait to hear from you after you've spoken with the watershed district. According to the permit that was issued, the approved wetland delineation must be shown on the as-built survey. Once the as- built survey is submitted and approved I can continue the processing of the escrow refund. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
