boundary determination in the field on January 6, 2011, I would like to express my preliminary
surface waters and concurrence with the wetland boundary determination. However, I cannot officially make a decision
affiliated groundwater on a boundary determination until the application is re-submitted and an on-site review is completed
during the growing season(approximately May ]-October 15). The MCWD Functional Assessment
resources within rhe of Wetlands (FAW) inventory map also shows the boundary in the same general location as the
Distnct, including their boundary in the delineation report. Based on the MCWD FAW map(attached)and the information in
the delineation report, I do not anticipate the boundary determination to change significantly (if at al])
re(ationships to the when reviewed in the field during the growing season after the application is re-submitted.
