The boundary was reviewed in the field on <br /> October 12,2012 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff. <br /> One wetland was identified on the property. The wetland was identified as a Type 3 shallow marsh. The <br /> wetland is also identified as Unnamed Public Water Wetland#27-830W in the Department of Natural <br /> Resources Public Waters Inventory. <br /> The boundary as flagged in the field and described in the delineation report dated November 29,2011 is <br /> approved by the MCWD. This decision is valid for five years.
