The survey lists the septic sites as proposed. The word "proposed" should be removed if they have been constructed. 2. The survey depict pillars(L)within 3 feet of the edge of road. I didn't not see an approved monument permit in the packet . I believe you are already addressing this. • 3. Once item#1 is resolved an inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following: a. The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. b. The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed. Please let me know if there is anything else you may need to put together the Final CO. I believe you will be discussing the monuments at the staff meeting, per Roger. The monuments,as constructed,appear to be too close to the edge of the traveled road and therefore not in compliance with City Code. According to City Code Section 78-1405(a)(9), entrance monuments must be set back a minimum of five (5)feet from any property boundaries and never fewer than ten (10)feet from the edge of a paved, traveled road. A copy of this Code section is enclosed for your reference. Currently the entrances monuments are in violation of City Code. In order to resolve this, please submit the enclosed building permit application and provide the required site plan and construction plan information which reflect the entrance monuments relocated to a conformin� location for our review. The building permit must be submitted and approved prior to their relocation.
