We have received a pool permit for the property addressed above. Attached is an updated escrow agreement
combining the building permit and the pool permit. No additional escrow money is needed at this time,just a signature
on the attached agreement. Please sign and return at your earliest convenience.
Also, we have noted the survey submitted does not show any proposed decking, patio, etc. around the pool. Please
note, prior to the commencement of a� exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining
walls, etc. not currently shown on the approved survey will require a Zoning Permit.
