1. DEPOSIT OF ESCRQW FUNDB. Contempc>ran�ou�ly wi� the execu�on of this Eac�nr
Agreement, the Owners shall deposit$2,SQ0 with the City. Ail accrued interresct, if any, shall be pa�id to tt�e City tfl
reimburse the City for its rost in administering the escraw account.
2. PURP08E OF ESCRQW. The purpose of fha escrow is to guarantee reimbutr�ment to#►e City
for ali out-of-�ock�t c�sts the City ha� IncuRed (inciuding planning, t �+j,��. in axc�s of 5800, or le9al
consultant raview) or will incu� in reviewing the plan. Eligible exp�enses shail b�e consister�t with e�cpensaa the
Gwners would be responsibie for under a buiiding p�ermit appiica�on. The escrow wiil ai�a gu�rantee
reimbu�sement to�e City for aii aut-af-pocket cost�the City has incurred ta as�ur+�th�t the work is completed in
accordance with the Starmwater Poilution Praventivn Pian �nd the provisions of Orono City Code Chapter 79.
The flnanciai security may also be u�ad by ths City to eliminate a�y haizardous conditions associat�d with the
work and to repair any damage to pubiic property or infre�dvcture that i�caused by the wark (includinq pianning,
enginee�inq, or legai c�nsultant revfaw) assc�ci�ted with ballding psrmlt #2018-00014 if cwmpli�nce witl� the
approved buiidin� pat�mit is not acxamplished.

send a bill to the C)wners. Owners ahaq be r�sponsibl�r br payment t� the Gity within 30 days of the Owners'
receipt of bill.
