Permittee agrees to the terms of this Right-of-Way Permit Agreement. 2. PROPERTY. The right-of-way permit is for the right-of-way located in the City of Orono, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described on the attached Exhibit "A". 3. DEPOSIT OF ESCROW FUNDS. Contemporaneousl�with the execution of this Permit Agreement, the Permittee shall deposit A'�o• and no/100ths ($�.00) Dollars with the City. The City shall draw on the escrow to pay for all expenses associated with the work performed. 6. CLOSING ESCROW. The balance on deposit in the escrow, if any, shall be returned to the Permittee when the review has been completed and deemed acceptable by the City. 7. REVOCATION AND LAPSE.
