Side Setback = 10'
No more than 15% of lot covered by buildings and decks with top of railing more than 6' off
ground.
Property is split between 250-500' hardcover zone where the maximum impervious surface
is 30% and 500-1,000 zone where m�imum impervious surface is 35%. It would take a
survey to determine how much is in each zone. Unused hardcover allotment from 250-500
foot zone may be carried back to the 500-1000' zone but not vice versa.
