It's my understanding that you've restored the site to preexisting conditions and re-vegetated. This activity
resolves the violation on the property. You applied for a permit(after-the-fact)for the dirt brought to the site but
at this point I close this permit and close the violation file. The$2000 escrow you provided in August of 2010 will
be refunded following City Council authorization to issue a check.
Is this correct?
