Dear Mr. and Mrs. McClelland:
I am writing in regards to your above addressed property, tax parcel number 10-
117-23-31-0093. A complaint has been filed with this office concerning a motor
home parked in the road right of way of Minnetonka Avemie. I verified the
complaint on July 12, 2005. The rnotor home is in violation of chapter 90, section
90-1,part (b) (2), of the City of Orono Zoning Ordinance.
The motor home must be removed from the property or conform to the ordinance
by July 27, 2005. If the motor home has not been stored properly or removed by
that date, a ticket by the Orono Police Department will be issued. Enclosed for
your infonnation is a copy of the section of the ordinance currently being
