The City is in receipt of your building permit application received by this office on November 8, 2010. This is a
permit in part for the construction of an entry addition to the existing home. Your application is incomplete. The
following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for
the plan review to continue:
1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated certificate of survey meeting the City's survey
� standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing house and proposed additions (and any
proposed grading), hardcover (existing and proposed) as well as all existing structures, landscaping,
retaining walls, and the existing and future drainfield sites on the property.
� Plan Review Fee. A plan review fee payment is required up front. Most of your project does not
' 1 �(equire a plan review; please call or email me to provide the estimated construction cost for the portion
� pf your plans relating to the entry addition. A fee will be determined based on your estimated
�construction cost which is required to be paid at the time of permit application. The remainder of the
��,� � permit fee is required at the time of issuance of the permit.

� �(� ) 3. Escrow 8 Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by the City's
������� engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to
,�,'� guarantee reimbursement to the City of out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans.
1Pc' � Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion
/control and stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project would be $2500.00. The escrow
agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for
$2500.00
