Longman confirming that he will restore our access path on our property which adjoins his site and place a

Diane,
It was a pleasure to meet you this morning.
This will confirm our agreement that I will re-establish a level surface on the easement
to the lake to allow for comfortable foot and lawn mower traffic. Should this require an
additional retaining wall I will place it at no cost to you. Thank you again for being
