were obssrved and recorded on June 2, 2003:
• Silt fence missing at the bottom of downhill slope between project area and
lakeshore,

Lance Fisher • Maintain and install silt fencing to MCWD specifications untif disturbed soils are

according to instructions.
Richerd Miller . Install silt fence at the rear of the site between the projsct area and lakeshore.

• Pay $100.00 After-the-fact fee for beginning project without a permit.
• Check on status of permit before continuing work.
To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
which may include fees for additional inspectlons and legal costs, and the delivery
of a Stop Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by
