REQUEST: REIMBURSEMENT OF OVERPAYMENT
Dear Ron:
While filing it was noticed that at 2605 Mapleridge Lane, a permit was issued twice for the same
project - an Addition/Remodel, they also paid the exact same amount.
I had Ron Olson research payments, and we did receive two payments from this company.
I am requesting a refund of$2,663.78 for Steeter &Associates @ 108304 Minnetonka Blvd.,
Wayzata, MN 55391
