Hello,
The large boulders have been removed from the ROW by the intersection of Maple Place and CSAH 19, thank you.
However, before we can issue a final certificate of occupancy,the following must be completed:
1. The area used for parking along Minnie Ave must be restored. The wood chips must be removed and the area
seeded/sodded.
2. Egress window needs a ladder—call for inspection when complete.
3. In the furnace room—the area under the stairs must be sheetrocked and partial wall removed—call for an
inspection when complete.
We will continue to hold the $10,000 escrow until the above have been completed and approved. Please don't hesitate
to contact us if you have any questions.
