Hello,
The large boulders have been removed from the ROW by the intersection of Maple Place and CSAH 19, thank you.
However, before we can issue a final certificate of occupancy,the following must be completed:
1. The area used for parking along Minnie Ave must be restored. The wood chips must be removed and the area
seeded/sodded.
2. Egress window needs a ladder—call for inspection when complete.
3. In the furnace room—the area under the stairs must be sheetrocked and partial wall removed—call for an
inspection when complete.
We will continue to hold the $10,000 escrow until the above have been completed and approved. Please don't hesitate
to contact us if you have any questions.

Hello,
City Engineer,Jesse Struve performed an as-built survey review of at 1595 Maple Place and has the following comments:
1. The homeowner installed two large boulders in the right of way(ROW) by the intersection of Maple Place and
CSAH 19. These boulders will be an issue for snow removal and need to be removed. They cannot be reinstalled
anywhere within the ROW. The boulders should be removed within 7 days or the City will be out to remove the
boulders and charge the property owner for the labor and equipment costs. I did knock on the door and spoke
with the resident and informed them the boulders are an issue and should be removed immediately.
2. There is an area along Minnie Ave which appears to be on this property which should be restored. This area was
disturbed to install the sanitary sewer service. Someone spread wood chips and a vehicle was parked in it(see
attached photo). This area should be restored with seed and cannot be used as a parking stall.
Please correct and contact us when completed. We will continue to hold the$10,000 escrow until the site is in
compliance.
