Dean,
According to our inspection records, the home under construction at the property addressed 1579 Maple Place
has been framed without an approved foundation as-built survey. As I am sure you are aware, considering the
number of active projects you have in the City, a foundation as-built survey is required prior to framing the
structure for new home permits. Please note as of today, any current or future building projects which require
foundation as-built surveys must comply with this requirement or we will issue a stop work notice without prior
notification.
Please submit a foundation survey to the City by 10 am on Wednesday, July 31st or we will post a stop
work notice on the property.
We appreciate your cooperation and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
