We received a grading as-built for 1587 Maple Place; we have also received your request for a special event
permit for the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes.
Due to winter conditions a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) can be issued upon receipt of your
signature on the TCO escrow agreement (to be drafted) and submittal of an additional $,7,500, for a total of
$10,000 to be held until the grading can be verified and the lot has been sodded or seeded. This would allow
occupancy of the home prior to verification of the completed exterior work/improvements.
Or are you requesting a TCO for Parade purposes ONLY from March 2 —March 24, 2013? In this scenario,
the home can only be used during the 2013 Parade of Homes and no one can occupy the home. Please
clarify.
