Yesterday we received an updated survey and hardcover calculations for 1555 Maple Place dated 6-17-2014. The survey
description states Revised house, 1'added. The survey reflects a one foot increase, but the distance from the garage to
Maple Place still shows is 48.2 feet, but actually measures 47 feet.
A footing inspection was performed on June 17`h. No further work is allowed on this property until the updated plans
and survey have been submitted and approved.

The one foot was added to the back of the garage so the 48.2 foot setback should be the same for the older Dean
Johnson survey and the current one.
