The survey description states Revised house, 1'added. The survey reflects a one foot increase, but the distance from the garage to Maple Place still shows is 48.2 feet, but actually measures 47 feet. A footing inspection was performed on June 17`h. No further work is allowed on this property until the updated plans and survey have been submitted and approved.
