Mark,
Mark Gronberg said his crew noticed the plans on site were different so he asked for a copy of the plans(see message
below). As you can see by the attached,the date on the buildings plans approved by the City is different than the date
of the plans given to Mark Gronberg. Please send over two full sets of the construction plans for us to review.
I understand a poured wall inspections was performed today. A stop work order notice will be posted in the morning
and no further work allowed on this site until the plans have been received, reviewed and approved by City Staff.

Good Morning,
On March 14, 2014,the City approved the building plans dated 7/09/13. According to the 06/25/14 as-built survey and
the revised plans dated 03/07/14 which we recently received,the home was constructed one foot longer than originally
approved. The result of this is that the home now exceeds the allowed structure covera�e limit of 15%. The City will
not authorize framing or continuation of the project.
To resolve this,the foundation must be changed and the home must be constructed to the specifications of the
approved 07/09/13 building plans. If the approved 07/09/13 plans are no longer on site, please submit another set for
us to approve and re-stamp. Please submit a revised as-built survey upon correction of the foundation so the project
may proceed. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
