Dear Judi,
On 9/11/98 the City received$350.00,payment in full from Margaret Barrett for the Navarre Water
Plant Rehabilitation special assessment levy for 3645 Lyric Avenue. The City erroneously credited �
the payment to 3465 Lyric Avenue; leaving 3645 Lyric Avenue with the assessment as outstanding.
Ms. Barrett has been paying the annual installment for the years 1999,2000,and 2001. Ms. Barrett
is selling the property and this error was discovered as a result of the assessment search. The closing
for the property sale is 8/24/Ol.
The City will refund the amounts collected to Ms.Barrett,including the current year principal
and interest. Please reduce the remaining amount of the levy to zero.
