Dear Ms. Gillette:
The twin homes at 3615/3625 Lyric Avenue in the City of
Orono were built with zero lot line setbacks and firewalls on the
lot line as required at the time of construction. They are each
served by seperate sewer and water connections and are being
billed individually.
