I found an old survey in the file and have indicated fence height requirements, but want to summarize here as well: • Fence must be located with your property boundary. (The attached survey should help locate the corner pins.) • From the property line off of Lyric Avenue (which is not the edge of the road) the first 15' a fence can be 42" high • The remaining fence along that east boarder can be 6' high, again up to and within the property boundary • The "good" side of the fence must face the adjacent property I hope this information is helpful to you.
